While out with a friend's car running errands the other day, Emma said (from the backseat):
"How come there's a mother's day and a father's day, but no kid's day?"
Chris' response (while I listened with glee):
"Honey, every day is kid's day. Mommies and Daddies deserve at least one of their own, don't you think?"
